Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yorokobi. At the moment, we offer domestic shipping within Australia, and to New Zealand.


Damaged goods

Given the fragile nature of ceramics, we understand you may be concerned about the potential for damage during transit. We take great care and pride in packaging our products, that is why:
  • We have full confidence in our packaging methods standing up to the rigours of shipping, and protecting the products. We offer full compensation if you are to receive any damaged wares.
  • You can shop with confidence!
Once your parcel has been delivered, please
  1. Inspect the products.
  2. In the rare event that any damage is found, please take photos of the damaged goods.
  3. Email us (gday@yorokobi.com.au) with your order number, and the photos.
  4. Save the packaging material and damaged goods.
  5. We will be in touch with you to resolve the matter.
If nothing is heard from the customer three days after delivery, we will assume that the package has been safely received. That is why please let us know of any issues as soon as you receive your package.


Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Australia: Estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 days.
New Zealand: Estimated delivery time is 6 - 20 days, depending on the location.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates

Australia: Shipping charges for you orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat rate $9.90 for all orders below $100. We offer free shipping for orders above $100.

Express shipping is available on request; extra fees may apply.


New Zealand: Shipping charges for you orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat rate AUD 25 for all orders below AUD 150. We offer free shipping for orders above AUD 150.

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been packed and shipped, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
