The tenugui cloth is cut in half and sewn together to create a convenient handkerchief that’s easy to carry and use. Made from highly absorbent material, it dries quickly and is perfect for everyday use, whether you’re on the go or washing it.
Tenugui is a traditional Japanese cloth, typically made of cotton, that is used for a variety of purposes. It is a rectangular piece of fabric, often about 90 cm long and 35 cm wide. Tenugui is commonly used as a hand towel to wipe hands or faces, especially in the summer months. It can be folded and worn as a headband to keep sweat off the face or as a stylish accessory. In Japan, tenugui is often used to wrap gifts, adding a personal and eco-friendly touch. It is sometimes used to protect the neck or shoulders from the sun or to keep cool by wetting it and draping it around the neck.

What Our Customers Say
Let customers speak for us
from 124 reviewsgreat mug and great service
A good size cup for when I fancy a tisane, rather than green tea.
This is a lovely little bowl. Not sure what I'll use it for just yet, but the cat is so sweet
This matches the tea cup.... you can't have one without the other :)
I am a repeat customer. I find the service, postage and attention to detail to be excellent.
I will be a repeat customer for years to come.
It brings a smile to your face just making your tea. The kitties look so happy. Is my new favourite cup.
Was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it, lm really impressed, might have to buy myself one.
Beautiful mug.
These are beautiful!!
I had a “cat cup “ which friend made for me many years ago which I broke into many pieces-was thrilled to find your cup whilst scrolling Google-it has become my new favourite cup-love the graphics n cup shape.
Have a friend who is a “mad cat lady” and I will be gifting this wonderful plate to her-beautifully made n designed.
This is such a fun little tea set. It is the perfect size for my green tea.
The kitties are so cute, you can't help but smile when you are making, and drinking, your tea :)
I bought this as my 'special ocassion/sometimes' matcha and it is so hard not to have daily and has in fact become my 'most days' matcha. It is divine, smooth, delicious, mildly sweet. I would certainly recommend
