A Japanese ceramic tea cup featuring a hand-painted smiling cat motif, finished in warm red tones with a soft glossy glaze and fine crazing.
Perfect for tea, coffee, or small drinks. It can also be used for desserts or as a charming cup for everyday use.
The motif is hand-painted, giving each piece a unique and expressive character. The surface has a gentle, hand-pressed texture, adding a subtle organic feel to the cup.
Even the base is finished in a cat shape, adding a playful touch.
A matching rice bowl is also available in the same design.
Made in Hasami, Japan.
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, glaze, and detailing may occur. Small speckles or glaze variations are natural characteristics of the material and firing process.
