Our matcha is made from the very first harvest of the year in Yame, Kyushu. Yabukita matcha is known for its vibrant green colour and deep, rich flavour, it delivers a satisfying umami with a smooth finish.
Sustainably grown and carefully processed in Japan.This matcha is made exclusively from the Yabukita cultivar—Japan’s most beloved tea variety. Renowned for its bold umami and vivid hue. Yabukita is favoured for matcha, sencha, and gyokuro.
Unlike our Uji matcha, Yame matcha offers a naturally sweet, mellow flavour with subtle nutty notes and a softer, more rounded finish.
