This is the Mino ware "KOUDAI-DONBURI." The "KOUDAI" (base of the bowl) is clear and taller than typical bowls. As a result, when serving hot soup ramen, it offers the benefit of minimizing heat transfer to your fingers.
Suitable for ramen, udon, soba, soup, instant noodles, and etc.
