This is the Mino ware "KOUDAI-DONBURI." The "KOUDAI" (base of the bowl) is clear and taller than typical bowls. As a result, when serving hot soup ramen, it offers the benefit of minimizing heat transfer to your fingers.
Suitable for ramen, udon, soba, soup, instant noodles, and etc.
Available in four different colours: White (Shino Kohiki), Pink (Akaraku), Snow (Powdery Snow), Blue (Shirahama)
